All video's on the new 7" PI 2 Touchscreen are not in sync [SOLVED]

The new Raspberry PI touchscreen isn’t in sync when playing video’s with OpenElec and Kodi. Can this be a bug?
I’m using the latest version of OpenElec in combination with a Hifiberry amp. Playing video’s with this combination and the HDMI output works fine. But using only the 7" touchscreen results in a time-lag every 4 seconds. So the 7"screen isn’t useable for me for watching video on OpenElec with Kodi.
Can overclocking be a solution? If so, which to choose?

The config.txt of OpenElec has these options:

default recommended values are: arm_freq | core_freq | sdram_freq | over_voltage

no overclocking : 700 | 250 | 400 | 0
mode ‘Modest’ : 800 | 300 | 400 | 0
mode ‘Medium’ : 900 | 333 | 450 | 2
mode ‘High’ : 950 | 450 | 450 | 6
mode ‘Turbo’ : 1000 | 500 | 600 | 6
mode ‘Pi2’ : 1000 | 500 | 500 | 2

I don’t know enough about OpenElec to comment usefully on this, but someone else here might have some clue. I don’t think overclocking is the answer.

The Raspberry Pi specific forum on OpenElec.tv is probably the best place to look for answers: http://openelec.tv/forum/124-raspberry-pi

If you find a solution, please drop a link here! Someone at some point in the future will appreciate you for it.

Edit: This problem seems of a similar ilk: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=246044

Thanks Pimoroni Crew. The solutions is to add the right codecs, now the video’s are right in sync with the 7" display.
