Just got an Automation 2040 W Mini. When I plug the board to a PC/laptop, holding on the “Bootsel” button and then tapping on the “Reset”, does not get the board into bootloader mode.
Additionally, when connecting the board to the USB port, the only LED activated on the board is the “NC” relay LED, and the Power LED at the top of the board is OFF.
I have tried the bootloading process on two separate windows devices, and three different USB cables, just in case, but with the same effect; the board does not go into bootloader mode.
Am I doing something wrong or do I have a faulty board?

Are you releasing the Boot Select button after pressing the Reset button?
Another way to do it is to hold the boot select button down while plugging in the USB cable, and then releasing it.
Hi there, actually I got this resolved this morning. The issue is that the USB cables are for charging purposes only, and therefore not for data. That is when I plugged the board I could see the led lighting up, but it was not until I then tried my 4th USB cable that was able to transfer data which allowed me to get the boottloader going.
