Continuing the discussion from PICADE - X Hat- Buttons + Joystick not detecting:
I checked and /boot/overlays/picade.dtbo does not exist and neither does 10-picade.rules.How can I add these? Also, my usb keeps failing to mount

If people on this forum don’t have suggestions then the only things I can suggest are raising an Issue on the product’s Git repo, or contacting Pimoroni directly via support[at]pimoroni.com.
