Gents,
I received my order (P161773) consisting of a ‘wired’ keyboard & a ‘wireless’ keyboard.
Unfortunately the wired keyboard (SK-094) has the following faults:
Keys ‘B’ & ‘N’ do not work, nor does the ‘LEFT’, ‘RIGHT’ & ‘DOWN’ arrows work ( although, the up arrow is ok).
Can you please let me know the way forward to resolve this matter.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, we’ve been off over the Easter long weekend enjoying the rain. It looks like you’ll need a replacement, which should be on its way to you this week sometime!

Still have not received my replacement keyboard promised to be sent last week !
