Hyperpixel 4, Pi4 - no clear image

Hi, Im using the latest Pi4 standard image - no change.

I used the standard installer.

I dont get a clear image, some pixels are left out. Im unsure if this is a software or hardware problem.

Can you confirm it should work under my conditions ? :)

I fear the screen is damaged, light is uneven. I will try to get this returned over amazon in this case.
