Is this heatsink compatible with Picade X-Hat?

I was wondering if the heatsink here : Raspberry Pi 4 Heatsink – Pimoroni

Is compatible with the 10" Picade X-Hat ?

when i look i don,t see the need for a heatsinc on the picade x-hat

I would like one though as 1) I would like to overclock my RP4 and 2) Using certain emulators the RP4 has a tendency to overheat and, then, throttle.
