Dang, no suggestions in almost a month? This stinks.
I see quite a bit of discussion of NVMe cases in other threads, but you might need to hunt around a bit :) Looks like this post was in the Picade forum - are you looking for something specifically arcade-y?
We’re currently looking into new case options to accommodate the NVMe Base and we’ve also got some longer PCIe cables on order that should make using it with existing cases easier.
There’s some nice 3D printed options here if they’re any use in the meantime:

Some of those case designs look nice, but I don’t have a 3-D printer. Thanks for the info. Just wish y’all had something ready.
Pimoroni carries lego base boards, extra expansion layers, and a nice selection of pibows to start a case build from.
I have used standoffs and just pibow layers in a cluster before.
These also look great and can be put into a slightly larger case like what i mention below
To keep wire clutter contained.
A 5.25 floppy drive storage container with a cool window and solid body can still be bought new. I have a small cluster in one it sits on its back side top window facing out and the pibows and leds look good in it.
I also find a gutter PC powersupply makes a nice mini tower case capable of stacking anumber of rpi B+ foot print boards. Similar in size to the overpriced icecooler towers on big co. retail sites.
A PC us110v desktop powersupply you gut also has a built in fan and proper mounting.
There is also a large selection of cool mini-pc or micro ATX cases on market. You can buy 12v & 24pin etheror in to 3v 5v 12v powersupply boards small and cheap. Some have nice glass sides and a pibow and HATs with LEDs are sure to dazzle in it.
My favorite case tho, antique wooden cigar boxes polyurethaned and moded for its specific purpose. They come in all shapes and you can do alot with a woodworking razor knife, hacksaw blade, and drill bit.
The arcade build pic on my profile started as a cigar box.
