Is it possible to use the LED Tactile Buttons instead of the integrated ones?

You could certainly wire up some LED tactile buttons yourself to some of the spare GPIO pins. Removing the buttons on pHAT BEAT and adding the LED tactile buttons that way would certainly not be recommended.
