I have just received my Picade console and have 2 issues. 1 is that the picade hat was not included in the package which i have already contacted pimoroni for this. The second is shown in the picture. There is no space for the usb C wire. The rpi port is almost flush with the back panel. I am doing something wrong?
From a quick shufty at the hat you are expecting to receive
It provides a new USB-C input socket adjacent to the GPIO pins because it also includes power management.
Its USB-C socket will be well clear of the normal USB-C input on the Pi itself.

That explains it. Will wait for pimoroni to sort out the issue with the missing hat then.
