Picade + Raspberry Pi 4 with Retropie

Hello,

I cannot get the PICADE to detect the game pads. I get to the configure screen but cannot do anything further. Can anyone help? I have reinstalled Retropie. It tells me to ‘hold a button on your device to configure it’ but none of the picade buttons do anything.

Did you install the Picade HAT installer? It’s detailed in the last step of the assembly guide: Assembling your 8" or 10" Picade with PICO-8

Hi, When I try to install the PiCade hardware with that curl command it fails with ‘Apt failed to update indexes!’

Any ideas ?

Try a sudo apt update and then re-running the curl installer script!
