Pirate Audio 3w Amp + Pi Zero 2w - mopidy / Iris install not working

Hi,
have been trying to get mopoidy working with a pi zero 2w.
I have rune clean installs several times and everytime I get to the end, when I try to access the Iris. the Iris client does show up in the web browser, I just get a link to mopidy website!

I have also tried the pirate radio vlc install script but this is failing as well.

Al the tutorials, links to posts etc all seem to be a couple of years old! its really frustrating that this little hat is stipp promoted as being able to use spotify as well.

has anyone got a link to a current (2024) installation guide to get the HAT working for playback of audio, from a service - internet radio, itunes, prime music, spotify… I just want to get a little radio project working!!

What version of Pi OS are you running? If your running Bookworm you may want to try running Legacy, or older.

I’m streaming Internet Radio (Pimoroni Pirate Radio) using a pHat Beat. It was years ago when I last set it up. Its a few versions back of Pi OS. I’m not using mopidy, I just use the buttons on the pHat Beat for volume etc.
