I put on my Pi Zero W but it kept on falling off and was loose. Is this normal? Like the spiky parts are really small. Please help me and thank you!
Can you post a picture of what you are trying to do?

Did you solder the female header onto the pHat Beat? And solder a male header onto the Pi Zero?
And as advised above, pictures would help.
