Well, trying to get a Pirate Radio kit up and running. Using a Pi Zero 2W. All good, and software is installed from get.pimoroni.com. The pHat board installed and assembled. Double checked the pin header and have continuity on all. Nothing on power up - power switch on the hat makes no difference. Using the current Raspian lite vintage.
Need more info on what steps you did to try and get it running. What installers you ran etc. The pHat Beat software for example, is just one part of it.
