I’m trying to adjust the balance between left and right channels on the Pirate Audio 3W.
The reason is I’ve wired the tweeter to one channel and the woofer to the other, and since the tweeter is a lot easier to drive, the sound is lacking bass.
How do I adjust the left / right balance?
Maybe this will help.
The Pirate audio DAC isn’t compatible with alsamixer or amixer, because it lacks hardware volume control.
So unfortunately I can’t use them to adjust the audio settings.
I think your stuck then? With that setup I think I would want to switch the switch on the back to MONO anyway. Having treble on one channel and base on the other isn’t a normal setup.
