Contacted customer support and no one is responding
Bought a 10 inch picade 10 months ago within 8 weeks of ownership the usb c power port on the x-hat fell off
So Contacted support and they sent another one now it’s happened again this is obviously a fault in the manufacturer process and Pimoroni need to sort it out they are lots of other people that this has happen to just do a Google search and see
If someone doesn’t contact me soon I’ll have no alternative than to contact my local trading standards
