Picade 10" screen - cannot get it to work

Picade with Pi 4 not recognising any controllers

Hi there Just Built my Picade with a raspberry pi 4. I installed raspberry pi 4 on the sd drive and got the bootup working ok, however it does recognse the jorsticks or any buttons. It does recognise the usb keyboard I plugged in. Any help would be appreciated ! cheers
